IMPRS Highlights 2024

2024 was a great year for the IMPRS-STNS. We celebrated as five of our PhD students successfully completed their theses, all of them with the highest honors, receiving "Summa cum laude" grades. Our student network is still growing, with 15 new members joining us this year, making a total of 44 PhD students working on the science and technology of nanosystems.

We held two big events: the IMPRS Spring Meeting in April in our institute and a retreat in Bad Schandau in September with the aim to foster collaboration. Additionally, our students benefited from two scientific courses and four complementary skills courses like our most recent course on "How to write a competetive grant proposal", enhancing their expertise and professional development.

We look forward to continuing our growth and success in the coming years!
