New collaboration: Joint retreat of IMPRS and Jungwirth Group at the Czech Academy of Sciences
IMPRS and the Jungwirth Group at FZU collaborate, hosting a joint retreat in September to promote research exchange among junior researchers.
The IMPRS-STNS is beginning a collaboration with the Jungwirth Group at the Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences (FZU). This partnership is focused on promoting scientific collaboration and exchange of junior researchers between both institutions and countries.
In September, members from both groups will participate in the multi-day retreat titled "NanoSpinTech - Quantum Systems, Probes and Beyond" in Turnov (Czech Republic) to explore research opportunities. This retreat is jointly organized by a group of PhD students from both institutions to encourage collaboration from the outset of the project and throughout. The aim of the retreat and this new collaboration is the ensure a focus on the interests and development of early-career researchers.
